Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Free plan is forever-free with unlimited submissions. You only enter payment info if you upgrade to Pro ($15/month).

Is there a limit on submissions?

No — submissions are unlimited on every plan, including Free. Paid plans add features like file uploads, custom domains, branding removal, and analytics.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Pro is monthly with no contract. Cancel from the dashboard and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

How is spam handled?

Spam is stored in your dashboard but does not trigger emails or webhooks. Since submissions are unlimited, spam never costs you a quota.

Is there a free trial of Pro?

The Free plan covers most personal sites. If you want to try Pro features, upgrade — you can cancel within the same billing period and only pay a prorated amount.
